Call for Disconnection 

The gîte is part of a 15 ha estate, half of which is a mix of oak, ash, and chestnut forests, and 7 ha of sheep pastures and meadows, offering a beautiful setting for disconnection and relaxation, without being isolated from the world, just 4 km from La Réole and its train station connecting to Bordeaux in 35 minutes. It is located at the edge of the "Entre-deux-Mers" region, overlooking the Garonne River.

Two Independent Living Spaces

The 4 bedroom gîte is located in the west wing of the house. It is completely independent and self-contained, with an entrance from the north courtyard and access to its private garden to the west.

It is classified as 3 stars by the Entre-deux-Mers Tourist Office.

The main house is our family home, with 7 bedrooms and a landscaped park to the south and east, which we reserve for our use.

The swimming pool and sauna area are shared according to the rules outlined below, and there is also a farmstead with barns and a wine cellar across from the gîte, as well as an old tobacco dryer converted into a sheepfold.

Apart from the private areas of each, the estate is accessible for walks through the parks and woods, coffering its treasures of tranquility and calm.
